How do I place an order?
You may place an order for any item offered on the Goddess Arts website via the Goddess Arts website. Rest assured that this is a secure site, featuring SSL-certified encryption.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Goddess Arts accepts payments via the security of Paypal. Credit cards are also gladly accepted.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders of in-stock items will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of your order and payment...more often than not, they will be shipped the day after your order and payment is received.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you via USPS.
What are my shipping costs?
Having your Goddess Arts merchandise shipped to you is FREE, unless otherwise noted. This does not apply to international orders outside of the contigious states. Please contact us for shipping information relative to the country you would like us to ship to.
How do I place a custom order with Stacey?
**PORTRAIT PENDANT/CHOOSE-A-DESIGN OPTIONS COMING SOON**
Placing an order for either a personally-painted Portrait Pendant(a special necklace featuring a hand-painted portrait reproduced from your picture), or a custom-created Choose-A-Design piece(custom-painted from a selection of designs), is simple! Just follow the steps on the Portrait Pendant or Choose-A-Design pages.
Put Stacey's brush and skill to work for you! She can create a special piece of jewelry that is uniquely yours! Necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings... Feel free to contact her if you have a design in mind, or perhaps an outfit to accessorize with a custom-designed piece, painted in coordinating colors...the sky's the limit! She will be happy to work with you to either reproduce a design element or design one just for you!

How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are prepared and shipped within two weeks of your order confirmation and payment. If there are any issues which may delay delivery of your special item, Stacey will notify you to give you a more accurate estimation of expected delivery.
Are your painted jewelry items durable?
Each and every hand-painted item is triple-coated with a highly durable protective coating to ensure a high level of water and dirt resistance. However, for absolute confidence that your piece will stay just as beautiful as when it arrived to you, please do not wear painted jewelry while showering or swimming.
What is your return policy?
Stacey will personally work with you to leave you a satisfied customer. If you choose to return an item, refunds are cheerfully given if we are notified within one week of receipt of your order.

2. You will be issued a return authorization code to be placed on the packing list that arrived with your order (to be included in your return shipment)
3. Re-package the item, including original packing material and tags, and ship to Goddess Arts Collection, 267 Third Ave, St James, NY 11780.. Items must be undamaged and unused to receive a full refund.
4. Your item replacement/refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.
