VINTAGE STYLE    I started this piece with an antiqued gold pendant frame, then decoupaged the sweet retro image onto the pendant and enhanced both it and the ornate frame with painted accents. The final touches were the Swarovski crystal rhinestones on the frame, and the beautiful, shimmering Swarovski crystal pendant dangling below...a very unique piece!
